 Directions
  Jones Plaza is located at 601 Louisiana Street in the northwest corner of downtown Houston.  It is in the Theater District between Jones Hall, the Alley Theater, and the Angelica Theater.  The cross streets are Texas, Smith and Capitol.

Parking

  • The parking meters immediately surrounding Jones Plaza will be bagged with No Parking signs and are reserved for bands and crew.
  • Avoid handicapped spaces unless you have a permit.
  • Important Note: Houston now charges at downtown parking meters on Saturdays. 
  • Underground parking at the venue is $5.
  • Parking garages in the area also charge $5 to park.

Driving Directions
From I-10 West:

  • Take I-10 East towards downtown Houston.
  • Take the Smith Street exit. (Exit number 769A.)
  • Go about 4 blocks.
  • Jones Plaza is between Texas and Capitol.

From 290:

  • Take US-290 East to 610 South.
  • Take 610 South to I-10 East.
  • Take the Smith Street exit. (Exit number 769A.)
  • Go about 4 blocks.
  • Jones Plaza is between Texas and Capitol.

From US-59 North:

  • Take 59 South towards downtown Houston.
  • Take the Hamilton exit.
  • Turn right on Capital.
  • Take Capital to Louisiana.

From I-45 North:

  • Take 45 South towards downtown Houston.
  • Take the McKinney exit.
  • Turn McKinney to Louisiana.
  • Turn left on Louisiana.

From I-10 East:

  • Take I-10 West towards downtown Houston.
  • Exit onto US-59 South.
  • Take the Hamilton exit.
  • Turn right on Capital.
  • Take Capital to Louisiana.

From I-45 South:

  • Take 45 North towards downtown Houston.
  • Take the Houston/Memorial exit.
  • Turn right on Memorial.
  • Memorial turns into Texas.

From US-59 South:

  • Take 59 North towards downtown Houston.
  • Take the Gray/Pierce exit.
  • Continue forward and the street turns into Chartres.
  • Proceed on Chartres to Capital.
    •
  • Turn left on Capital.
  • Take Capital to Louisiana.

From SH-288:

  • Take SH-288 to US-59 North.
  • Take the Gray/Pierce exit.
  • Continue forward and the street turns into Chartres.
  • Proceed on Chartres to Capital.

  • Turn left on Capital.
  • Take Capital to Louisiana.
