The 2005 Festival

The 11th Annual Houston Women's Festival will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2005.  Founded in 1995, the event averaged 1406 ticket buyers per year from 1999 through 2002.  In addition, another 300 people are in attendance as vendors, volunteers, musicians, visual artists, guests and media.  The event is publicized in local, regional and statewide publications, on the radio, on local television and on numerous web sites on the World Wide Web.  Our audience is primarily active women between the ages of 20 and 50.

The festival is produced by the Athena Art Project, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports the artistic endeavors of women.
