The Athena Art Projects largest produced event, Houston Womens Festival, benefits from the contributions of corporate sponsors. These companies, in turn, are well represented at Houston Womens Festival promotional events and in publications with wide and diverse audiences.

The 13th Annual Houston Women's Festival will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2007. Founded in 1995, the event averaged 1406 ticket buyers per year from 1999 through 2002. In addition, another 300 people are in attendance as vendors, volunteers, musicians, visual artists, guests and media. The event is publicized in local, regional and statewide publications, on the radio, on local television and on numerous web sites. Our audience is primarily women between the ages of 20 and 50. Athena Art Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports the artistic endeavors of women.
