Food Vendor Form

* Past food vendors are given priority.
* All beverages (except coffee and fresh lemonade) are sold by the festival.
* The festival provides food coupons to musicians and crew members. When
coupons are used at your booth, note the cost of the food. When the festival is
over, we will pay you for the food you provided.

Each food vendor booth is a 10 x 10 space and costs $200. Electricity is provided; bring extension cords and power strips.
